I was just told now in the new job "dress for the job you want not the job you have." Indirectly, in a group of four listeners.
This still holds for 'casual' fridays.

It is my level but also my department and who I work for. The higher-level number crunchers still have the corporate culture thing going on.
C'est la vie. You get what you pay for. Or what you get paid for in my case. It is just another uniform. :)
